Detik.com - Bandung, Sudah hampir dua tahun terakhir, warga Kota Bandung dimudahkan dalam urusan pengaduan berbagai masalah kota melalui saluran pelaporan berbasis web dan mobile yaitu Layanan Aspirasi dan Pengaduan Online Rakyat atau disingkat LAPOR! Ribuan warga telah memanfaatkan LAPOR! ini untuk melaporkan berbagai masalah yang mereka temui di Kota Bandung. Mulai dari jalan rusak, penerangan jalan yang mati, sampah hingga PNS yang judes.

Singapore, GIVNews – In his inaugural speech as Indonesia’s seventh president, Joko Widodo called for all Indonesians to unite their hearts and join our hands to create a great Indonesia. There was nothing exceptional from his call. Jokowi’s previous predecessors have also invited the people to work together in building the country. The Guardian - In 2010 Shubham Khandelwal in Chennai was trying to get himself and his father a new set of ID cards from the local government agency. Standing between him and his identification, however, was a corrupt official demanding a bribe of 2,000 rupees (£20). Shubham refused for three days but finally gave in. This type of everyday corruption is common across India: from a man and wife reporting that they were forced to bribe officials 3,000 rupees to get their marriage finalised last month in Bangalore, to a student in Chennai this month being asked to pay 75,000 rupees to be admitted into an engineering college.

LIPUTAN6.COM - Kantor Staf Presiden meluncurkan aplikasi Layanan Aspirasi dan Pengaduan Online Rakyat (LAPOR). K‎epala Staf Kantor Kepresidenan Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan mengatakan, melalui aplikasi ini, masyarakat dapat menyampaikan aspirasi dan mengadukan terkait pelayanan publik maupun program pemerintahan lainnya.‎

"Misalnya kalau ada penyelewengan dokumen, bisa lapor ke kita. Maka kita bisa adukan ke Presiden atau kepada kementerian terkait atau BUMN yang terlibat," ujar Luhut di Gedung Bina Graha, Istana Kepresidenan, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (7/5/2015).

Kepala staf kepresidenan Luhut Pandjaitan, Selasa (5/5/2015), menjelaskan melalui LAPOR! Masyarakat dapat dengan mudah menyampaikan aspirasinya dan pengaduan terkait Pembangunan dan pelayanan publik melalui berbagai kanal yang tersedia.
